Calimero
Calimero is a very talented stallion, with a very
impressive lineage. His sire, Legaat was the absolute
champion of his testing, having received an 8.5
in free jumping, a 9.5 for jumping under saddle,
and an 8 for temperament. Legaat is a keur stallion,
with 6 approved sons, and is high on the index
of stallions. On his dam's side, the stallion
Amor is well known throughout Europe and America
as a sire of dressage champions.
In 1995 Calimero won 14 of 16 classes including
three selection trials in route to Miller's/USET
Intermediare 1 Championship. Calimero was Miller's/USET
horse of the year (lead standings by two percentage
points). In 1996, Calimero was listed as one of
the top 10 Grand Prix horses in the United States.
Calimero's offspring are equally as talented
- young Jackson was undefeated at Training Level,
was AHSA/USDF Region 1 Champion at First Level,
and has competed successfully through Prix St.
George. There are also many offspring in Europe
competing both in dressage as well as jumping.
In 2004 Zancor [by Calimero] represented Denmark
at the Athens Olympic Games.

Lea in Venice, FL with a 68%, averaged 60-65%
